The Open Hearth Podcast visits the Genziana Hotel
In the latest episode of the Around the Hearth, Lowell Francis (Hearts of Wulin), Jex Thomas (Bump in the Dark) and Mike Minutillo talk about The Girls of the Genziana Hotel. Jex highlights a lot of the thought that went into the ashcan, which was really validating to hear. Don't believe them when they say there's no character keeper, though. There is, but, in fairness, I haven't done a great job of letting people know.
The three also get to talking about Lovecraftesque and Sword Opera. The new edition of Lovecraftesque sounds amazing. Mike talks about how the game prompts you to ideate a personal theory about what cosmic horror you're investigating. Sword Opera is still funding at time of writing, but you can read what I think is cool about it in my recent newsletter.

Thanks so much for listening! It was fun to do and I hope I get to guest more often. Hearing you and Josh Fox both say you felt seen and validated by the conversation is a really really cool feeling 😊
