Premise

The ronin get hired to guard a birthday celebration. It's Jun's ninth birthday and his uncle Hisoki has hired a Noh ensemble to perform a play in Jun's honour. But before the end of the first monologue, a stampede of wild horses turns the party into a chaotic cloud of dust and destruction. Ninjas rush in and kidnap Jun. When the dust clears, his uncle has disappeared as well.

In this adventure for RONIN, you get deputied to give chase to the kidnappers of a lordship's heir. Not only that, after fighting off an ambush and tracking down the ninjas, what seemed a simple crime might turn out to be a complex crisis of love, power and succession. Why did Hisoki kidnap his nephew? Will you stop him from smuggling the boy out of the province? Or might you begin to understand his motives?
